Every single year Persephone goes below to her husband’s Hades realm. Osiris, Tammuz and Adonis are torn apart into small pieces. The winter descends. World is plunged into chaos. Each deity needs a map to travel realms of Hades, full of obstacles and guards – finally to rise again
in the spring with vegetation, to start creation again.
The calendar is the guide! It sets the inviolable order of dissembly
and assembly of the universe, the guarantee of time continuity.

a brief guide:

1) Enki molds primary Abzu clay, Ea begets Marduk.

2) Black poplar grove on the bank of the Ocean river.

3) Spirits crossing the Acheron.

4) Cerberus of fifty heads is the guard hound of Hades.

5) Osiris grows up through his grave.

6) Ra goes down the underground river in the sunboat and defeats Apep, the serpent. Marduk dismembers Tiamat.

7) The palace of Hades, sarcophagus of Osiris.
